Key Account Officer – Sales (Zurich)

As part of the sales and distribution, you would be pleased to know that Etihad has focused new leadership into these areas which have transformed the old stagnant culture and brought in a turn-around attitude. This is a shift in our architecture and processes for the airline and along with the dire ambition to achieve by 2030, we have come up with a unique sequential vision and plan to ensure that unlike before we do actually deliver and go beyond our goals.

Etihad offers you an opportunity in which you will execute sales activities for your assigned accounts. You will also be overlooking and monitoring the market and competitors in order to make sure that the sales targets set by Etihad are met. It goes without saying that through these measures, Etihad will be able to reach their profit objectives.

Accountabilities

Speak to and meet with the allocated accounts on a regular basis to notify them about new products, services, and promotions to help increase sales in order to meet expected targets. E.g. The account required a briefing on the latest Etihad product launch, so a meeting was scheduled to address their requirements.

Ensure that the accounts see you as a ‘trusted advisor’ to major accounts. This will help maintain a strong fruitful business relationship between you and the accounts.
