If so, we want to hear from you! We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Technician to join our growing office in Colombo!
Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide technical support to staff members and address their IT needs
– Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses
– Proactively monitor and update system security measures
– Assist with IT purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships
– Travel to and provide technical support for our sub-offices
– Maintain a clean and organized IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with hardware and software maintenance (desktops, laptops, printers)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Valid Sri Lankan Driver’s License (preferred)
– Good command of the English Language (written and spoken)
