About The Position

In this role, you must enjoy combining customer service with administrative tasks. You will build strong customer relations and be part of developing our work processes as well as our customer service approach.

Your Main Tasks

• Manage shipping assignments according to customer needs and agreements.
• Making quotations for individual shipments, including estimating prices, selecting logistic providers, and managing documentation.
• Coordination with warehouses, forwarders, and suppliers
• Building and developing both customer and network relations.
• Promoting a positive relationship with clients by ensuring timely and proactive customer service
• Communicating with providers to resolve any potential issues or delays.
• Invoicing and establishing/updating customer records.
