You’ll be accountable for,
- Educating current and prospective clients about the Bank’s goods and services
- Assistance in conducting surveys on customer satisfaction levels and resolving concerns, cross-selling products and services to clients over the phone, listening to customer inquiries, and handling them efficiently.
